The current study is the largest case series (49 patients [50 eyes]) of retinal toxicity caused by a specific compounded formulation of triamcinolone-moxifloxacin to date. Patients were referred to Texas Retina Associates in Dallas after cataract surgery and were identified through an EMR system query up to 24 months after their initial presentation.
